Our Simpeo™ methodology was developed in-house through our very own research work and years of experience. It provides practical and simple principles to be followed, and at the same time embeds the local cultural requirements into the performance management framework. Work with your existing Performance Measure system - Firstly, at Leadersense, we try not to introduce major overhauls into your existing performance measurements systems. Instead, we actually work with what you currently have, for example, the Dr Kaplan's Balanced Score Card (BSC) system. You may have had them for years, yet somehow you still have yet to make them work for you and your organization. We will look at them and help you operationalise them fully by applying our methods. Simplifying the complexities - We are convinced that good methodologies are derived from making complex processes simple and yet effective. Being effective here means the simplified methods must still deliver results required by the people who matter most, i.e. the top management. Our patented Simpeo™ methodology introduces new concepts and glossaries that should help make your performance measurements simpler for everyone to follow. Alignment is Key - One key strength of our methodology is that it was developed by a management practitioner who had been for several years sitting at the top most positions in his companies. Thus he wanted the methodology to guarantee top-down alignment in its implementation, with every employee immediately recognising how they are contributing to the top corporate goals. In the end, everybody wins in the organization.
·
To make our training complete and unique, we incorporate some activities to simulate measuring your performance and those of your subordinates using our in-house technology. We do this after we have gone through revising your KPIs by applying our above methodology. By doing the simulation, everyone will be able to better appreciate how organizations are aligned through their performance measurements. Every single contribution counts, and thus performance measurements will help not only the individual, but the organization as well. ·
