Corporate Vision and Mission - This is a 3-day on-site consultation where we help facilitate organizations in their quest to re-define their business and corporate statements. Companies only need to do this at the point when they have found themselves arriving at a juncture where their existing mission and vision statements have become irrelevant. COVIM helps these organizations take a critical review at their business definitions, competencies and values against the backdrop of the economic and competitive landscape of the day; and to come up with bold transformational statements for a new organizational direction and energy.
Corporate 5-year Objectives, Strategic Planning and Milestones – This is a 3-day on-site consultation where we help facilitate organizations draw up their 5-year Corporate Objectives, Strategic Plans and Milestones. Companies need to do this every 5 years (sometimes shorter) to make broad long-term objectives that are not possible to be achieved within a year or two. OSTRAM assists in putting up systematic methods for the management to conduct the strategic planning against the backdrop of the economic, technological and competitive landscape of the day; and to come up with clear and simple milestones for every key initiative identified in every year in question.
Corporate Key Performance Indicators – This is a 1-day on-site consultation where we help facilitate organizations to identify their corporate KPIs for the coming year. Companies need to do this every year to make good its long-term 5 year objectives, while applying adjustments where necessary in the light of new developments arising from changes in technology, economic, political and socio-structure into their Business Plan. KPI metrics will then be put up to measure how the upcoming year's business plan is going to be achieved. This consultation is a pre-requisite to the Practical Performance Management consultation and training below. ·
Practical Performance Management – This 2-day training workshop recognizes that there are many performance management failures, even in otherwise well-organized companies. One primary reason is because those performance management routines are neither working for you nor the company. In this workshop we share our research with you and provide you with our own methodology to apply into your existing individual/corporate KPIs, which will help re-create practical and effective performance management that will work for your organization. The methodology also helps interlink measures together, guaranteeing company-wide alignment to support the top Chief’s ambitions or concerns. The workshop also includes system simulated activities to experience performance measurements in motion for you and your subordinates. This training is suitable top-down, from the CEO level down to every executive in the organization.
Competencies Dictionary and Need Analysis – This is a 1-day training to provide simple best-practice competencies’ descriptions which are easy to use in organizations. The dictionary can be used to define competencies which are necessary for the various positions and divisional requirements. The same can be further used to gauge the gap between the current competency levels and the targeted competency levels. The training covers the administrative functions within the Simpeo™ PMS system to easily define competencies, and to produce competency appraisal reports for any user of the system.
Performance Measurement System Administrator training – This is a 0.5-day training who have purchased the PMS system product from our organization. The training covers the administrative functions within the system not made available to normal users, and to produce meaningful HR reports and charts useful for the human resource department. ·
Corporate Finance for Non-Finance Managers – This is a 2-day on-site training workshop designed to enable experienced managers who have no financial background to understand the various elements that make up the Financial Statements, and appreciate factors that affect strategic decision-making of the organization from a financial standpoint. Managers at every level are involved, even if only indirectly, with how the corporation earn and spend money. Hence it is important that all managers understand how their decisions and actions affect the corporate’s finances. The workshop provides clear basic financial concepts, practical exercises and real-case studies which are necessary to enable participants to convey their financial understanding into the applied world. |
